Total madness at the Butovo Mall karting! My 7-year-old was at an event organized by parents for his class.

The party had animators provided by the karting center. When the animation program started, one of the animators just decided not to let my child join the party, saying “you can’t come in here,” and my child had to go back to the dining room where he sat for AN ENTIRE HOUR and no one approached him!

The staff at this karting center don’t watch the children and don’t care about them, and the animator’s behavior is inexplicable. My child was psychologically traumatized.

The establishment did not compensate for the ruined party. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection authority.

We visited on 06/02/23 and were categorically dissatisfied with the quality of service. Two employees, instead of monitoring safety, were chatting among themselves.

Nobody explained the rules of karting in any way. Lots of children without any control, crashing into each other, doing whatever they want, it’s scary to watch.

Terrible experience, I do not recommend this establishment.

The idea is not bad, the execution not so much, gave us a faulty or discharged kart, it goes then it doesn’t, helmets are put directly on the child’s head without a disposable cap!!!!

When I asked for a cap, the girl looked at me with bulging eyes and asked – do you need a cap?

Helmets are practically on the floor. By the end of the time, the child got out of the kart, hands all black, no one wipes the steering wheel.

The price does not match the quality of service provided.

Everything was great. My 4-year-old was thrilled! He rode and didn’t want to leave!

The administrator explained the rules, the child understood everything and couldn’t get enough.
