Calling during the weekend is impossible. There are only 2 people from the “administrators” in the hall – one at the reception, another on the lanes.

That’s it! They have no time to answer calls.

As a result, it’s impossible to find out anything, transfer a reservation or book in advance.

We came to play bowling on February 9th at 10:00 PM, everything was fine until it took 25 minutes to bring us drinks (simple drinks, pouring two beers and making a mojito takes 5 minutes), the mojito was disgustingly chemical, but that’s alright.

Afterward, we noticed cockroaches on our seats, which completely spoiled the impression… we approached the administrator, he removed the drinks from the bill (thankfully we didn’t order food!) and a bit later we ourselves asked to remove the lane from the bill, as we didn’t finish playing, we absolutely did not want to stay in this place!

Thankfully, the male administrator was accommodating, and for that, thank you. Also, when asked why there are cockroaches, we were told “they are all over the shopping center”, it seems someone should take care of this place…

The worst bowling alley I’ve visited. The lanes are worn out, the number of pins does not meet the requirements, resulting in delays of up to 2 minutes between players while the machine loads the pins.

Not all pins appear on the lanes regularly, and they are not always in a vertical position.

Balls – a separate story. Most popular sizes are simply not in stock.

Great center. We took 2 lanes for 8 people.

Shoes were available for both adults and children, though the adult ones were a bit worn, with threads sticking out at the seams on the toes.

We ordered cocktails and food, everything was very tasty, special thanks to the cooks and the bartender. Not every cafe can boast a pizza that everyone likes.

There are also billiard tables and a capsule complex for “3D journeys” on the premises.

The location is excellent, there are free parking spaces both outdoors and under the shopping center itself, and a spot can be found even on weekends.

Excellent staff performance, I couldn’t get through for 3 days to book lanes! And filled out the “contact me” form several times, in the end, there was nothing left to book)
