Wanted to attend a trial lesson and several one-time classes to choose a teacher, but something did not work out with my very first visit, the group was old – on the day of the trial lesson they were filming a video of the learned material, and I was not informed about it, the administrator explained the situation and offered to reschedule the class since it makes no sense to attend this one.

I asked for a refund for the lesson, they refused. In principle, I will not go to this studio and will discourage my friends, all the same teachers can be found in other studios if necessary.
