After the New Year’s fireworks, my dog became afraid to walk outside. I called here to arrange individual sessions to work on the fear of loud noises.

Not only did they refuse, but they suggested I stop feeding my dog at home and only feed him outside. When I said “he doesn’t eat outside,” they told me that if I don’t feed him for 3 days, he will start, and there are no other options because the dog is “old” and they will not work with him.

They didn’t ask anything, didn’t explain anything, just booked us for Basic Obedience Training. When we arrived, the instructor called my dogs “a noose around the neck,” simply because they are from a shelter, and said we had no business being in that group, we needed individual training.

I don’t know about dogs, but they haven’t learned how to talk to people. Come with purebred dogs.

The only downside is the holes in the fence around the perimeter 🤦🏼‍♀️

We love going to this school with our toy poodle Alon to Anastasia. She is a wonderful professional: all commands are practiced with rewards, affection, voice, and special techniques.
