The project managers ignored what we wanted, advised us badly, missed many details that were too late to fix and in the end the data integration was so unprofessional, it would be close to sabotage.

Very poor customer service. Not transparent pricing structure.

User interface on the app is not very inviting. We were double billed by W– for the S– package.

We initially paid for 10 sponsors and then upgraded to 20 by paying a difference. We then wanted to upgrade with the same logic to the unlimited sponsors by paying the difference.

To our surprise, we were asked to pay the full price of the package for unlimited sponsors and W– would not apply a credit for the 20 package sponsor we had paid for. This is a double billing practice and not an ethical business practice.

What was more disappointing is that we had to pay an additional $2000 on the day of the event and we were held hostage on the last day. Our numerous phone calls and emails even to the sales rep as well as his supervisors have not been returned or reponded to.

When C– took over, the customer service disappeared. When we were able to reach someone, the language barrier made it difficult to accomplish anything.

We left the company for another similar service. C– then began to “find open invoices” and began to harass us daily.

Finally, we sent them money only for them to issue us a credit because “there are no open invoices in the system”. Now, over 6 months later, we are getting the “open invoices” emails again.

We may resort to legal action to get rid of this company.

A– is not user-friendly solely as a conference app for in-person or hybrid events.

Certain attendees could not stay logged in to the app and had to enter a passcode upon opening every time, you cannot access PDFs on the mobile version, nor can you see/message other attendees who are not currently logged in to the platform.

There were also several A– technical glitches at our event and customer service was unhelpful/slow to respond.

Anytime I try to use multiple C– profiles, drag and drop different tabs into the screen share monitor, or transition from one C– window to another on the screen, it completely freezes and crashes, ruining the entire experience for the audience.

This has happened numerous times during my showcase demonstrations leading to a frustrating experience for all involved. The only reason we use this tool is that it has a native integration to one of our products for marketing. I would much prefer to use Z– for webinars, period.
