Dishonest company. It is much more comfortable to work with a private arbitration manager than with this intermediary firm.

They promise beautifully when selling, guaranteeing a warranty (the one prescribed by law, so it’s just a marketing ploy), then it’s deception upon deception and dragging out the process.

First, they promised to file the application next week, then they say in 2-3 months, initially agreed on one amount of prepayment, it turns out to be completely different.

They changed the terms of the contract twice, dragging out the application submission terms as much as they can. I wrote a statement for the return of the prepayment and was ignored. But before payment, they respond within 5-10 minutes.

Work has not started, prepayment money not returned. I will write a new complaint and prepare a lawsuit.
