Reviews for anticafe

To successfully collect reviews from visitors to an anticafe, it is essential to approach this process systematically. Collecting reviews not only helps improve the quality of service and the atmosphere of the establishment but also contributes to attracting new clients thanks to positive recommendations.

This text describes specific methods and strategies for anticafes, aimed at maximizing the number of reviews obtained.

How to get reviews for anticafe

Creating a comfortable feedback environment inside the anticafe

Install interactive kiosks or stands with tablets in the anticafe, where visitors can easily leave their reviews and suggestions. Prepare a form with a few simple questions about the quality of service, the range of drinks and snacks, and the level of comfort and coziness of the space.

In addition to digital means, offer visitors paper forms for reviews with pens, placing them in convenient locations, such as on tables or near the exit. This form of feedback allows those who prefer anonymity or do not want to use electronic devices to leave reviews.

Social networks and online platforms

Regularly post content related to your anticafe, including photos of events, new menu items, or interiors, and invite visitors to share their impressions and reviews in the comments. This not only stimulates communication with your audience but also increases the visibility of the establishment.

Registering your anticafe on popular review sites such as TripAdvisor, Google My Business, and Yandex.Maps will allow visitors to easily find your establishment and share their opinions. Regularly respond to reviews, thank those for positive comments, and constructively react to criticism.

Incentivizing reviews

Offer visitors a discount or bonus for leaving a review. For example, a free drink on their next visit or loyalty program points.

Conduct a monthly or quarterly draw for prizes among visitors who have left reviews. Prizes can range from free visits to the anticafe to themed gifts.

Personal approach to visitors

At the end of the visit, if possible, personally ask guests to leave a review about their experience. This personal approach not only shows your interest in each customer’s opinion but also increases the likelihood that a review will be left.

Anticafe staff should be trained not only to interact politely with visitors but also to remind them of the opportunity to leave a review. Employees can do this during service or when saying goodbye to guests, emphasizing how important each visitor’s opinion is to the establishment.

Monitoring and analyzing reviews

It is important not only to collect reviews but also to regularly analyze them. This way, you can identify common trends in visitors’ opinions, learn about the strengths and weaknesses of your anticafe, and quickly respond to potential problems.

By showing that you value visitors’ opinions, implementing changes based on their suggestions and comments, you not only improve the quality of service but also help build a loyal community around your anticafe.

A systematic approach to collecting and analyzing reviews will allow your anticafe to maintain a high level of visitor satisfaction and actively develop, adapting to their preferences and expectations.

Examples of anticafe reviews

Below are real reviews from real clients (company names not mentioned).

1

Convenient location, lots of space and many games. There is a shower.

You can play table tennis, a large selection of tea and cookies, candies. I learned how to use a professional coffee machine, I became a barista)).

You can bring your own alcohol in a discreet container, and if you drink it discreetly, not showing off, they won’t kick you out.

A friend met a girl during a game, and eventually tenderly laid out solitaire on her bare back at home until 7 am.

A fateful place! There are freaks and a cloakroom.

Lacking a contact bar, though. And accessible women.

Cool place, nice people, feels like you’re outside of time. Always delicious treats, a huge selection of tea, there’s coffee, lots of mugs.

Lots of memes, a console, TV, tables, poufs, a huge selection of games all for a small price. Sometimes I want to go there and just live 🙂

Feels like coming to a party at old friends’ place or to a good old dorm (if someone has good memories of dorm life like me)

A charming anticafe, materially shabby, soulful in atmosphere, and youthful in staff and clientele, haven’t seen anyone over fifty there ever. Unlimited tea, coffee, cookies, and candies, sometimes popcorn, there is a toilet.

Inexpensive. Quite a wide selection of board games.

Feels like the 80s or like St. Petersburg.

Anticafe, where apparently they give out treats on holidays, as there was still a distribution for girls on March 8 in the form of a pleasant Alenka chocolate. There’s a tariff for students (400 tugriks stop-check) and for ordinary mortals—500.

Usually, in anticafe, you sit by the hour, that is, for example, 90 rubles per hour. If you realize you’ll be staying for 5+ hours, it’s sensible to purchase a stop-check: you pay for 9 hours a certain amount and don’t think about it anymore.

At the “Green Door” by stop-check, an hour costs ~50 rubles. The price includes unlimited tasting of delicious tea (choice from 20+ boxes and cans), plates with cookies, candies, and interesting coffee, similar to what they serve in underground cafes.

There’s a shower, a toilet, lots of board games, and a PlayStation in a separate room. It’s a bit chilly in the hall with tables, and there’s also a large rat-mouse running around, which the administrator advised us not to pick up, and which the cat for some reason doesn’t eat.

We coped with that, though.

Never been to an anticafe before! Now, I’m a hipster (doctor, will I live?).

Liked it. Watched a theatrical performance recording in the movie room with colleagues.

Cookies are great, tea is like everywhere else. Prices seem edible, and the location is right in the center.

So go, you won’t regret it.
