Where is the attitude towards the client? Where is all this?

I will have all the work done elsewhere.

They absolutely do not care about the client. I messaged the manager on WhatsApp to inquire about painting the wheels.

He deigned to reply only about the price. No information on colors, timelines, or additional costs at all.

No interest whatsoever. It seems that to get a response from managers here, you need to order tuning worth a million.

I do not understand where all these rave reviews come from, with such treatment. I advise no one to go to this firm.

With such prices, you can at least find a company where the manager will respond to the client’s questions, not just ignore them.

I want to express huge thanks to all the guys from TopTuning, I bought almost a full set of body kits for my Solaris from them. I also went to them for installation, having booked a service appointment in advance.

While I walked around Moscow, the guys completed the installation of all parts.

Seeing the car in person, I was very surprised, I did not expect it to turn out so cool, if there had been a front bumper for the 2nd generation restyling, I would have changed it too, but still, the car’s exterior has improved drastically.

Thank you to everyone from the sales manager to the installation guys, I’m still smiling ear to ear.

The guys have a very wide range of offers, I was interested in an electronic exhaust from the company “Thor”, so I am not saying goodbye, but rather, “See you soon🙂”, I plan to return to them in the summer.

Everything’s just super!!! The guys are great. Endured 1001 question, finished faster than even planned.

I came for the reapplication of the film on the lights. Initially, everything was fine.

They made a mistake, acknowledged it, and redid the work at their own expense. They gave a one-year warranty.

I sold the car after six months. But before selling, one of the lights began to fog up.

I passed the work order to the new owner for warranty work. When the person arrived, he was told that the work was not done by them, supposedly they use a different sealant.

Despite explanations that why would I have the light done somewhere else when I had their warranty, they insisted that they do not use that kind of sealant. They denied the warranty.

I do not recommend.
