One hassle with them, not a technician comes and fixes the problem, but the company takes the washing machine, and for exactly 45 days they fix it, not in 2 hours (if a technician had come), but a full 45 days – I was left without a washing machine!!!!!!!!!! ((((( Just wild, called to bring it back earlier, they say, what are you worried about – the contract says 45 days, wait!!!

No talk of a replacement, wash with your hands!!!! (((

Moving on, after the washing machine came back, who knows, really, we turned it on right away and heard strange noises during the spin! ((( A knowledgeable person suggested that probably the shock absorbers had gone!

How could this happen after the service, how can you deliver such work, the machine is only 1.5 years old, but it’s like it’s been through the Afghan war, that’s what your transport to and from the service does((( Can’t you calculate, that it’s unprofitable to take the machine back and forth, to pay the driver, loader, etc.

It’s easier for the technician to come and fix it right away, rather than deal with this hassle!!!! ((( No care for the customer, no thoughtfulness of work and service in particular.

In the end, I’m filing a complaint to repair the repaired machine, just some kind of mockery, review up to 10 working days and then another 45 days wait when they fix it again, and the attachment may continue, what machine they return to me again, which new parts will scratch, what will change cannot be proven and not known!!!! (((( The saddest experience, it seemed I bought this extended warranty so I wouldn’t have problems – but I bought myself problems it turns out!!!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The staff is nice, but apparently I was unlucky with the purchase. The washing machine I chose, ordered on the site and reserved for pick-up – mysteriously lost 🤷‍♀️

I was driving there in the evening rush hour for three hours. Before leaving, I called the employees of Refrigerator.ru and they confirmed my order 👍

The next day, finding this washing machine on the site, I ordered it again, but now with home delivery, again order confirmation, morning call from the staff, and repeat confirmation of the order with assurances that at 15:00 they load it and bring it to me by 18:00, but again not lucky closer to 17:00 it disappears again🤷‍♀️ To understand, there were neither bonuses nor apologies in this situation.

In the store itself, the selection on display is quite small. But!

I liked that the sales consultants will help with the choice through the website and immediately bring it from the warehouse. I chose a dryer from two models, which they brought to me, unpacked, let me look at from all sides.

For me, this is significantly different from buying online. I like to touch everything, feel it).

Not the first time I have ordered products in this organization, but now surprised by 12 points out of 10 🙁

At 22:30 they brought the refrigerator, lifted it to the 11th floor, opened it, inspected it. The refrigerator was intact, signed the papers, sent the guys to work further.

Half an hour later, when we started to arrange the shelves, it turned out that one shelf in the door was missing. We called the hotline and it turned out that Atlant and Indesit can make changes to the configuration.

And as usual, it was written in the smallest font at the very bottom of the site. As options, they offered a full return and of course, there is no delivery refund, or to contact the service center…

Tell me, why do I need these swings and hassle? On the site in the description “4 shelves on the door”…

At this rate, in a car dealership, I will be selling cars with three wheels or without some glass.(((( Extremely negative experience will no longer turn to this firm
