Complete rural nightmare. The administrator does not understand who he is and what his job entails. Supposed to hand out tickets and not chat. When handing over the car, he came up with a new price that isn’t even on the website. He scrolled through and couldn’t find it, poor thing. Playing with an iPhone is not like sitting in a booth. On arrival, the driver who picked me up was half-asleep, apparently blinked, and almost crashed into a truck at the gas station. Terrible service. Wouldn’t have left a review if I had known. The worst of all parking lots we use. Employees (drivers) are rude, it feels like you’ve entered a prison zone. The driver was bald and smelled of alcohol. This is a security threat. They drop you off far from the airport entrance, and there’s construction all around. You have to drag your suitcases through the mud.

Everything was excellent: the service, there are always spots available, never waited more than 5 minutes for the bus. But yesterday, it turned out that the drivers moonlight with private transport. And they don’t mind doing this right in front of the clients. He picked up about 7 guests from Central Asia and dropped them off in front of the parking lot. At this rate, there soon won’t be enough spots for regular clients…
