I often order takeout food. And it’s the same every time.

Some staff were behind the bar, others at a table. No reaction.

I approached the counter myself to order, had to go up to them and say, “will anyone take an order?” They took the order.

Ordered “Dublin Grill,” the waiter initially thought I wanted a steak, fine. He charged, I look, the bill without discount, had to remind the staff about their takeout discount (like every time, I remind them there’s a discount).

Paid, asked how long to wait, answer 10 minutes. I came back after 15, turns out they lost my check (this also isn’t the first time).

A manager approached me, asked where I was from, and said they would bring the order themselves. 15 minutes pass.

No one brought my order. I went for it myself.

The order was sitting on a chair. The manager was sitting at a table, so were the waiters.

And nobody even intended to bring it. Instead of apologizing, they just silently handed over the order.

Guys, are you serious?? There are fewer guests in the hall than staff.

I’d understand if it were busy, but everyone is SITTING!!! Customer orientation 1000/10!

To get to the 3rd floor where the Pub is located, you have to pass through nine circles of tobacco smoke. When I finally got upstairs, felt like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes…..

The food – a nightmare. Ordered a set of tinctures 40 g. (6 pieces), drank the whole set in 40 minutes – not a buzz in one eye))))))) where are the 40 degrees)))))))

The atmosphere is frightening. On a Saturday evening, there’s no music at all:)))) you can only hear the hum from the chatter of surrounding people, like at a market)

Food is brought earlier than alcohol – you involuntarily wonder, “am I in a bar or in a cafeteria where they ran to the next store for vodka?”

Enjoy your stay at this dive, where the scent of a gas station bathroom and tobacco reigns 🙂

I’ve been to this establishment more than once, everything’s normal, with food, drinks, and music all decent, tasty beer and tinctures. Came for dinner on March 8th, had reserved a table in advance.

Was struck by the indifferent careless attitude of the lady administrator. When seating, she placed me by the exit passage, although there were free spots, she referred to a reservation, they remained free until the end of my visit.

Placed an order, salad was brought immediately, waited an hour and a half for the main dish, periodically reminding the waiter, after the stated time, I asked more insistently, So When!? – another 25~30 minutes!!!

Didn’t wait. Maybe my story will be useful to someone.

Came on a hot day, after work, in a great mood, few people in the hall, weekday. ordered a liter of beer with wings. And just happened to turn towards the counter, where they pour beer and saw how they poured the drips of beer from the tap into my liter mug.

Wasn’t in the mood to argue, but next time I see such a thing I’ll splash the contents in the bartender’s face 😠
