We went to a trial class with a discount. Liked the club’s atmosphere (haven’t been to the kindergarten, it’s the next door, can’t tell about that): very well-decorated, beautiful renovation, clean, a waiting room for parents with cameras, books on pedagogy everywhere.

The teacher was a young, pleasant girl (I don’t remember her name), but there were only two children in the class and she couldn’t really engage them, my daughter kept wandering around the rooms, coming to me in the waiting area.

I think it was a mistake to combine the playroom and the classroom… the kids constantly hang around the toys, on the slide, in the ball pit – instead of listening to the teacher trying to teach them about the alphabet)))

From our experience, usually, the play area and the classroom are separated so the children are not distracted (we’ve visited almost all developmental centers in Lyubertsy/Zhulebino).

Every center has its own fan; we chose another nearby (and don’t regret it).

Maybe it was just the alignment of stars, so I’m not lowering the rating) and I wish the center success and prosperity😇

When my child was little, I sent him to a kindergarten in this club. It turned out that he was sick the entire month.

Accordingly, the payment of about 35 thousand “burned through”. When I asked if it was possible to at least partially compensate for the classes, I was denied.

And we were upset and never went back.

After reading many positive reviews, we decided to sign up for developmental classes for our child.

For a month, they fed us breakfast over the phone, in WhatsApp that they would register us, send a schedule, invite us to classes, but as a result, zero. They respond sporadically and show no interest.

In total, it was impossible to register, nor could we get any responses by phone or messenger. So, I give one star because the organization is non-functional.

If you leave something at the club “fairy tale” by accident – they will throw it out.

We held a children’s event. Renting a room for 3 hours = 9000 rubles.

  1. We were greeted by a manager. She did not introduce herself.

Did not offer help. She sat on the sofa.

  1. The children’s room, as discussed in advance, was not set up (tablecloth, utensils, plates, napkins).

When I clarified this with the manager. The answer was: nobody told me.

  1. About 30 minutes after the start, the manager tactfully left. Returned at the end of the rental.

The age of children from 4-7 years.

The kids left a purse and a package (!) of Kinder chocolates.

When I expressed a desire to retrieve the package of Kinder chocolates, I was told: “we threw them out”.

😀😀 no major complaints. If you like such a service for 9000 rubles, then welcome

Overall, they mess up in all areas..it happens..it’s important how they fix it. That’s valuable.

Manager Veronica tactfully responded to us “your party, your stuff..keep an eye on it yourself.”

I hope my child’s 12 Kinder chocolates were tasty 😀😀bon appétit. All the best.
