Great locker rooms, clean, convenient, modern, and beautiful. Coffee very reasonable for the volume and quality at 160 rubles for 400ml (a bit too strong for me). A good selection of sports nutrition and drinks.

Plus, people who fight with swords come here, which is spectacular. The ventilation is adequate for about 170 people at a children’s and teenagers’ sambo competition—no lack of oxygen, stuffiness, or feeling of exhaled air.

Now the downsides: well, it’s parking (usual for Moscow), few places to sit and have coffee (although it’s not a cafe after all), lockers are paid. (well, it’s understandable they’re worth it)

Bern Martial Arts Club is our second home. My husband practices jiu-jitsu, my son does sambo.

I am very pleased with our sambo coach Muhammad, he is a friend, mentor, brother, and father to the boys. Believe me, it’s rare in Moscow to find such a coach, and the children are really cared for.

Once your child joins Muhammad, they won’t leave and will run to training because it feels like family.

And when just 1 month later you see strength and results in your child, you realize this is what you always wanted for your baby. Thank you for such attention to the children and the business.

I signed up A WEEK before my first boxing class. At first, they didn’t tell me anything.

I wrote a SECOND time and confirmed if I was indeed registered. They said all was okay.

I specifically adjusted my schedule, traveled (almost an hour to the club). I arrive, and they tell me, “today’s training will not happen.

The coach canceled it because no one else came.” “Apparently, they didn’t inform the coach that you would come.”

What am I doing here then? Why don’t you warn both me and the coaches?

Why do I even sign up with you in advance?? Terrible service, I definitely won’t return.

Honestly, I don’t understand the enthusiasm in other reviews. Came to the first training session – for a whopping 2390₽!!! – to leave in complete dismay.

Received (mind you, for my own money) rudeness from the personal trainer. The trainers here, as I see it, do not follow management, don’t even hope to gain fighting skills.

I do not recommend this place!

Bought a monthly subscription for a boxing group. There are two trainers in the group.

At the first trial session, they personally trained with me – I understood that it wouldn’t always be like this, just a lure, but ultimately the next two sessions they completely ignored me.

In the second session, I still approached one of the trainers, and he gave me a bit of his time, but the third time…

The joke is that the trainers just give commands and then only work with one person, completely ignoring others.

At the last session, they paired me with a girl who was not a “beginner,” and she barely explained everything to me, moreover, periodically she did not understand herself what exactly needed to be done since it was new for her too and we tried to figure it out together.

And BOTH trainers were busy with specific individuals the whole time. No one came over to us.

But now the main thing – I approached the manager and said, look, this and that, I see no reason to continue. I asked if they could compensate part of the subscription, I only attended twice.

They said yes, and that they would call the next day, after 2 pm. No one called.
