The seller does not know his duties, is rude, and does not follow personal hygiene – smells terribly, it’s impossible to stand next to… When I asked him to explain why he called me “crazy,” he said I was delusional.

Well, after all that’s been described, staying in that store really is dangerous – you could actually start deluding yourself and become “crazy” like this seller.)))

I’ve always preferred online stores to physical ones.

I like shopping at Eldorado. Their product range is always much broader than in a physical store.

Some items are in stock and available for pickup or home delivery. Some products need to be ordered.

Everything is good in the store, it’s just a pity the employees are not taught to fill out warranty cards. This is a disease of all stores.

It’s easier to accept a worn-out item, fix it, and sell it again.

If you disregard this unpleasant trifle, it remains simply one of the most worthy online stores for electronics and some other junk.

I’m satisfied. I can recommend it.

I had never shopped at this store before, so this was my first order, and apparently the last.

I received an SMS saying my order was ready for pickup. I was in a great mood as I went to collect it.

Just as I was about to enter the store, I remembered that they only accept cash. In any case, I had no choice but to turn around 180 degrees and walk to the neighboring building, where there was a branch of Sberbank, and withdraw the necessary amount of money.

So, I return to the store, tell the salesgirl the order number, and happily await my little box with the smartphone. They brought out the box and immediately asked me to pay…

But what about opening it, checking the contents, examining the device for scratches and other defects, and finally turning it on to check if it works?

Well, I thought maybe that’s just how things work here: first you pay, then everything else. I gave the salesperson the freshly withdrawn pack and waited.

And here all the positivity ends!

The ATM gave me all the money in thousand-ruble notes, practically all the notes were from the 2004 and 2010 modifications, but among them were four notes of the very first sample from 1997. Now you rarely see such, but nevertheless, they have not been withdrawn from circulation, as can be verified on the official website of the Bank of Russia.

But the salesperson was confused by these four notes, so much so that she outright claimed they were fake.

“Look, here the coat of arms with the bear is grey, it should be colored! And the emblem of the Bank of Russia isn’t green! Fake!!! Fake!!!” – the salesperson shrieked. What???

And you know, even if you are sure about something 200%, but if someone repeatedly, foaming at the mouth, insists the opposite, sooner or later you’ll start doubting your own correctness. Naturally, doubts started creeping into my mind about whether the bank had indeed given me counterfeit notes…

To say that my mood was spoiled is an understatement. Telemarket24 wants to accept only cash but hires girls off the street who are clueless about this cash and even don’t know which banknotes are currently in circulation in their own country and what the differences between them are.

In conclusion: two stars, cannot recommend.

They work there on the principle of “The best defense is a good offense” and their task is to confuse you, bewilder you, basically do anything but return your money.

All communication is only in a rude form and at raised tones. Maybe we just “got lucky” with the manager, although having read reviews about this store online afterwards, I concluded that it wasn’t a coincidence but a regularity. For the employees of “E-TAPE,” communicating in such a manner is the norm.

I’m giving not one, but two stars only because we managed to make a return, although the money was not returned immediately, but only after more than two weeks, but in this case, better late than never.

If you ignore the dismissive attitude of the employees in Pskov, then Autopiter is more recommendable than not. They have fast delivery, a huge assortment, and if the website were more user-friendly, it would be absolutely top-notch with decent employees.

But as it is… among such auto part giants as Exist, Laf24, and Autopiter, I definitely do not give the last place to the latter. Frustrated.

P.S. special “thanks” for the convoluted payment system. First, you need to top up the balance on the website, only then the payment goes through.

It’s a hassle and you have to wait a long time for the money to be credited. Other stores operate on a more reasonable scheme, and some even without prepayment.

The notification system is also not great.
