The facilities are old. The showers are terrible…everything is shabby.

To get into the pool, you have to duck underwater…they could make the opening bigger…you have to get your head wet..and it’s winter outside. Moreover, to get into the pool, you have to sit on a ceramic ledge..thousands of people sit there every minute…complete unsanitary conditions.

Didn’t see any of the service staff in the changing room..no one supervises. In the pool, the water is cool, but overall okay, if it weren’t for the wet head.

Was there on Sun at 2:30 PM..very crowded, the women’s changing room was just packed. The cafe in the middle of the building is nice, smoothies and coffee are tasty.

Didn’t get into the salt cave..it was booked until the end of the day. Definitely will not go again and do not recommend.

Great pool for little ones, excellent coaches, super staff! The space is pleasant, the location is convenient, both by car and public transport.

However, a significant downside, in my opinion, is the inability to freeze a subscription due to illness. The price is quite high, above average, the action of the pass for 8 classes is just 2 months.

A small child can get sick a lot and often may not be able to attend all sessions. Therefore, a star less for the managers.

Very cramped, minimal space for strollers given the number of children. Coaches try to teach swimming right away and insist, shyer children are scared.

Changed all the coaches, none managed. Children in the play area (if you can call a mat that fits three toys and the smallest table that) don’t fit, one plays while the others wait on the lockers, watching one older child play.

Everything is slippery with tiles, yes yes there should be tiles, but they are in no way made safe, children tear themselves away running into the water and there it’s bare tile. They also offer to buy their brand of trunks.

By the way, get ready to dress and undress your little one in a cramped corner where everyone is changing at the reception and crowding. In short, a cramped place, coaches more for schoolchildren, children only in stress.

Would give one star, but for discounts on the subscription two. Yes, reception also rude ladies and mainly the staff all like that, they don’t hear, smile the first two times.

I’ve been going to Starfish with a 6-month-old infant. Really like the trainers.

For that kind of money, they could wipe those three drops of condensate from shoes (because there can’t be puddles there – I was parked right in front of the entrance, that day was a frost, as in the joke “it’s clean when the dirt is frozen”).
