They pull prices out of thin air. Scanned 9 pages, didn’t print, only sent by mail, charged 423 rubles.

It took the worker 2 minutes at the scanner and 1 minute to send by mail. Isn’t that swinish?

How can you treat clients like this? When asked why it’s so expensive, they said “times are like that now”.
