Very NOT customer-oriented! Sold an expensive ring and when selling said size change is free.

Gave the ring as a gift, turned out to be too big, after 17 days turns out it’s only free for 2 weeks, and who said that and why 2 weeks. Like don’t buy gifts in advance???
