Good evening! I want to express a “huge thank you” to the administrator Tatiana, for such rudeness and lack of client orientation I encountered for the first time, a real hag not appreciating her clients.

Now more details, I have been going to this salon for over a year, booked a new manicurist, she miscalculated by 700 rubles.

Three weeks later, came to book a manicure, and this amazing woman nearly shouting began demanding money, saying she called and I did not come to the phone, accusing me of this, as if I’m a thief.

Another girl administrator came over because of the noise, and Tatiana in front of me started telling the other girl about me in the third person “she”, mind you I was still here.

One conclusion, come down from heaven to earth and remember that she is first and foremost service staff. And has no right to be rude.
