Expectations were not met. At the first class, I expressed a desire for my son to reach a 1500 rating.

The teacher even laughed at such lack of ambition. Said that it’s not a goal, it’s easy.

At that time, my son had a rating of 850. Now, after more than a year of classes, the rating is 950.

He reached over 1000 but at that time I also took classes and played intensively with my son. I did not see any strategy in teaching.

The first lessons go well, then the coach prepares less.

We have been studying since February 2022. My son likes it.
