Reviews for children’s center

Collecting reviews from visitors is an important part of managing a children’s center. Reviews allow you to assess the level of customer satisfaction.

They help identify potential areas for improving the quality of service. Therefore, developing an effective review collection strategy is a key task for managers and staff of children’s centers.

How to get reviews for children’s center

Email surveys

After clients visit the children’s center, send them electronic surveys requesting them to leave a review about the quality of the services. Create an email template that includes a greeting, thanks for the visit, and a direct link to the review form.

Ensure the anonymity of the responses and indicate that each opinion is important for improving the center’s operations. Allow clients to rate various aspects of the service, from staff politeness to the quality of educational programs.

Physical reviews at the center

Set up a special review corner at the exit of the children’s center. Visitors can anonymously leave their opinions on paper.

Provide a comfortable table, pens, and forms for reviews. On the forms, include guiding questions that help visitors articulate their thoughts.

Ask what they liked, what could be improved, and what services they would like to see in the future.

Feedback through social media

Actively use social media to collect reviews about the children’s center. Create social media pages where parents and children can share their impressions and suggestions.

Regularly post requests for reviews. Offer interactive surveys and polls.

It is important not only to collect reviews but also to actively engage with the audience: thank for the reviews, respond to comments and messages.

Loyalty and incentive programs

Offer bonuses for leaving reviews. For example, provide discounts on future visits or free classes for a detailed review of a stay at the children’s center.

This approach not only encourages parents to share their opinions but also increases their interest in repeat visits.

Oral request for feedback during visits

Train the children’s center staff not only to provide quality services but also to politely ask visitors about their impressions. This allows for immediate feedback and shows an interest in clients’ opinions.

Teach employees to ask open-ended questions that encourage detailed responses. For example: “What did you like most today?” or “Is there anything we could do better?”

A systematic approach to collecting reviews in a children’s center — is key to its successful development and growth. A variety of methods for obtaining reviews allows covering a broad audience and considering the opinions of different visitors.

It is important not only to collect reviews but also to analyze the information obtained and to implement changes in accordance with client wishes.

This not only improves the quality of service but also builds trust and loyalty among clients towards the children’s center.

Examples of children’s center reviews

Below are real reviews from real clients (company names are not mentioned).

Nice, clean!!, cozy, aesthetic place. There are potties for children, each sanitized.

Before the class, everyone must wash their hands. We must change clothes from streetwear.

Friendly instructors! They explain everything in detail, especially if it’s your first time.

However, I think such developmental activities are more suited for children aged 3+. For toddlers, something simpler might be better.

The format of the class: individual approach (which is correct), but as we all understand, kids are all different – while one quickly responds, another might take a long time to understand what is expected, and everyone else has to wait until the little one understands and finally completes the tasks, and, of course, moms have to entertain their own kids in the meantime 🙁

Overall, I was very tired after an hour of class with my little one because I had to entertain her 🙂

This baby club is amazing. Individual approach to each child, home-like atmosphere.

Mega positive, amazing, professionals in their field, the girls. Special thanks to Ekaterina and Polina. You will forever remain in our hearts 🙂

We have been attending the baby club since age three, and I am simply thrilled with the program, the team, and the atmosphere! My child attends with great pleasure, the classes are very interesting, and most importantly, I see results I haven’t seen in any other developmental club!

The school preparation program at the baby club is very effective! My child is fully prepared and even more) huge thanks to the wonderful staff of the baby club for everything!

We will miss you when we go to school! I wish they would open more schools with the concept of the baby club, with such an effective and interesting program for children!

Pros – the classes are conducted interactively, my daughter liked it. There are results.

But more cons:

  • money-sucking – besides the monthly fee for classes (by the way, small), they strongly recommend paying a so-called “membership fee” for a year (even if you plan to attend only 2-3 months) and it is non-refundable! But it is needed for making up missed classes.
  • if a child is sick (confirmed by a certificate) – you can make up classes ONLY if you have paid the membership fee. Money for unattended classes, of course, is not returned.

Although the service was not provided, it’s not our fault.

  • make-up classes ONLY on days and times offered by the club. Not convenient – your problem.
  • for making up in the next calendar month – correctly – buy a full pass, even if you have a paid membership fee. Even if you do not plan to continue, but want to make up for missed due to illness – pay money as for a full course.

Overall – the activity is not aimed at teaching but at pulling money out by various tricks.

Great club. We were at the speech therapist Elizabeth during vacation, the child’s results in a month are much better than at ours in our city.

Records videos, shows how to properly engage with the child. We plan to visit again, if she doesn’t resign =).
