Good day, girls! I went to the TOP 🔝 Master Elina for Eyebrow Lamination.

Master Elina BURNED MY EYEBROWS, after which they became curly, rough, and started falling out. I reported this to the SAHAR hotline, and they told me they couldn’t do anything until new eyebrows grow (no apologies were offered).

After that, I wrote to the salon personally, they said they would sort it out, it’s been 8 days and no response. I decided to inquire myself after 8 days about the progress.

They offered me a discount on the next visit (no apologies were offered). Guys, no one has apologized for this incident!

I paid 100% for this procedure, but the service was not performed properly! Dear management, please take some measures regarding this employee and resolve my issue before the New Year 2024!

Three times this salon (this chain location) messed up. First time – THE MASTER DID NOT COME to work and I had to go to another location;

the second time – I was booked for two services, but the master does not know how to do one of them;

third – they confirmed the booking in WhatsApp, but supposedly something doubled up, they couldn’t reach me (why didn’t they write in WhatsApp??) and turned me away after 10 minutes of waiting in the salon (the master was free at the moment, he definitely could have done the removal)

I’m tired of “strolling” to the salon and being turned away. START WORKING!!!
