Went for eyelash extensions with Anna. Did not like how she did the extensions. She periodically dug her nails into my face, pulled my eyelid with her nails, and when I told her, she said not to talk or else it makes my eyes twitch. And they were twitching because it stung from all that. Then she says, ‘Okay, get up and go.’ It took me a long time to open my eyes, then she applied some gel on my eyes, and after some time the stinging stopped. I looked in the mirror and she hadn’t finished extending the lashes. I asked her to finish it, and she tells me, ‘That’s it, go, I don’t have the nerves to extend anymore.’ If you don’t have the nerves, don’t work with people.

Words can’t describe how much this studio has annoyed me! In April this year, I had the misfortune of going for an eyelash extension procedure, the technician Nora huffed for 2 hours, simultaneously blaming me for her failure because ‘I was disturbing her work,’ after the procedure, the result was a ‘stockade,’ ‘fence,’ it looked as if I had forgotten to wash off makeup before bed. The lovely girl at the reception asked how satisfied I was? Satisfied?! My reaction did not please her, we settled on the fact that in a few days the ‘stockade would fluff up and become more natural.’ The next 2 days the stockade began to fall out leaving bald spots. By day 4, thank God, it had fallen off by 80%. But that’s okay, negative experience is still experience and the technician was not the best category. I decided to write this review because despite numerous requests to remove my phone number from their database, the studio stubbornly continues to spam and refuses to hear customers’ opinions. It’s just unbearable… I strongly do not recommend.
