Terrible. Awful company that does not take responsibility for its employees.

They redid the ductwork for three days, did it just horribly, then another work crew came, promised to redo everything nicely, did everything okay, but after the previous unfortunate masters left 5 holes in the wall. After my complaints, some rude guy called and started threatening.

The air conditioner was installed in a cool time, started using it as intended a couple of weeks later – turned out, the air conditioner only functions as a fan, does not cool. Opening the warranty turned out they didn’t fill it out on behalf of the installer, complete chaos.

Before the work began, everyone was nice in communication, once they get the money they immediately don’t care about you.

6750 roubles for a Teyes CC3 radio installation, 2250 for connecting a rearview camera. I removed the factory radio myself, connected the Teyes myself, but Bluetooth didn’t work.

(Turned out to be a patch issue, which I also later added myself). At that moment, not knowing all the nuances, I thought maybe I didn’t understand, disconnected it and went to Sparta market, leaving the factory radio out.

For connecting Teyes CC3, only needed to plug the wires back in, for this they actually took 4500. Brought USB into the glove compartment 😆 okay they stuck it on vibro, but didn’t even roll it with a roller(.

No kidding, honestly they shouldn’t have charged for what I did myself, but if they did take the money, they could have used some effort to secure the wires more aesthetically 🗿

Installed a Pandora alarm in this salon. Apparently, connected incorrectly, constantly glitches: instead of starting the engine from the app on the phone, the doors open, the car starts remotely 1 time out of 10, constantly errors that my windows are open, the glass is broken.

When opening the car with a key, the siren starts screaming… it’s just torture, not an alarm. We’ve contacted the salon multiple times.

They can’t find any errors. They say it’s our communication interference 🤦🏻‍♀️ although all these problems happen both at home in Moscow and at the cottage, and at work… half the yard starts cars with autostart, but we have interference, you see… overall, I do not recommend dealing with this organization.
