It’s quite clunky to use and the funnel data didn’t tally up with other data sources I use. They also don’t send you auto-renew reminders and so I had a years subscription taken out in advance, that they weren’t willing to refund on.

I wouldn’t mind so much but they don’t even send auto-renew reminders. The product itself is below average, there are better solutions out there.

I find the dashboard confusing and contains too many variables to be useful. It would be easier if Clarity started with the “industry best practice” KPI’s and let us customize from there.

Similarly, drilling down into each area, there are way too many variables to draw conclusions. Would love to see more of the “80/20” guidelines, if the user outlines highest priorities.

The site dashboard feature is lacking when compared to other programs in the market. My biggest critique is that it lacks data storage.

Our plan currently includes only 30days of data storage. This also means that I can only compare and share data for the past 30 days and cannot compare Year over Year or Month to Month.

Can’t express enough how poor the customer service has been regarding “our plan”. Been a customer a long time and they continually put a lot of pressure on upgrading to a much more expensive plan.
