I give one star only because of the staff. It was terrible.

We booked a room to celebrate my mom’s birthday. They treated us horribly, it seemed like the cloakroom attendant and security guard would spit in our face and give us a fail for coming 4 minutes early and taking a gift because it had something edible in it.

The waitress was lovely, the food very tasty, but first impressions are first impressions. (Visited on 27.01)

In 3 hours they charged 8 of us 30,000 rubles!!! There wasn’t enough alcohol or food for that amount.

The karaoke app works so-so, the song selection isn’t great, mostly old stuff. The staff isn’t helpful, but they skillfully calculated 3 (Carl!) checks: we paid 10,000 upfront and another 20,000 on the way out.

No songs, no booze. Stay away.

There are much nicer places nearby!

They let others skip your song table for money. Then they play songs out of turn in Ukrainian for the local “stars.”

For two broken glass tumblers from the bar, they added 1600 rubles to our bill)) they place dishes on the bar so that a slightly drunk visitor “can’t miss them.”

At the entrance, they told us about a 15,000 deposit. We pay, then they say there’s also a 10% service charge.

What if I didn’t have it??? 10% for what?

A waiter came to us twice the entire time? I’ve never seen such awful karaoke in Moscow anywhere.

Fire the person who works as your security guard-cloakroom attendant—first, he won’t protect you 😂 and secondly, he’s the one who explained the conditions)

Drinks and food are so-so, small portions. Most dishes (not all) taste and look mediocre.

Cocktails are diluted. The karaoke remote worked poorly, had to perform tricks for the buttons to work.

We reported this to the staff—they took the remote and returned it 5 minutes later, pretending to have fixed it. Spoiler: the remote did not work any better.

Carefully check your bill, they include a service charge in the amount and don’t warn about it. They took away regular drinking water at the entrance, then brought us water for 220 rubles))).

On the plus side: clean toilets and delicious carbonara.
