Called to offer refinancing (mortgage). I provided my rate and terms.

Calculated over the phone that they would reduce the payment by 5000 rubles. Discussed everything, scheduled a meeting.

Arrived, and the terms immediately changed, all they promised over the phone wasn’t them but someone from space.

There’s no point in their terms at all. Do not recommend.

Wasted the most precious and irreplaceable resource on them – TIME!!!.

The bank staff are completely incompetent. They are rude, ask personal unacceptable questions, take personal documents without asking and take them to another room, communicate sarcastically, covering all this with a “suitability check”.

It’s clear – people love their job👍🏽

They don’t pick up the phone. Very hard to get through.

I think that for a bank dealing with mortgage lending, this is not respectable!!! Apparently, this is how the bank shows its attitude towards clients.
