Purchased a subscription but encountered a bunch of problems. First, their reservation system works very poorly.

They can book you for a different day and you only find out when you arrive. Then you’ll have to prove it, they won’t sort it out themselves.

Second, they just added an extra visit that didn’t exist (there was a reservation at that time, but then it was canceled). They recorded one more visit before the last ones, they did not write it that day because there actually was no visit, but later they added it.

We asked them to sort it out, it seemed like everything was resolved, but on the last day when we arrived, they said the visit would cost extra money.

Regarding comfort, there is no waiting area, just two poufs at the entrance to change shoes. In conclusion, if you buy a subscription, you will end up paying the same money, without comfortable conditions, the comfort is only pretended.

I love this salon. I’ve been going here for over 5 years, the massage therapists are the best in Moscow, after a massage you feel like a new person.

Great prices on promotions.

But recently, the organization and staff have just been terrible. Twice now I’ve encountered unprofessionalism from the salon employees.

I booked a Thai massage through the Tai Ray app. I booked on Monday for Sunday – a week in advance!

Today’s the day of the massage, in the morning the administrator calls and says: we have an overlap in the program, there is no free room, we cannot accommodate you. Maybe they should not cancel me, who booked a week ago, but someone who booked after me???

Or there was a recent incident, the equipment in the salon that was supposed to deduct the payment from the certificate wasn’t working. In the end, they asked me to come to the salon the next day and pay when everything was fixed.

Thankfully, common sense prevailed then, and the payment for the massage from the certificate was processed remotely, without my personal visit.

I really enjoyed visiting this salon — surprised I hadn’t noticed it right next door.

Went for the first Thai massage — I loved everything about this technique so much that I even fell asleep a little and relaxed, which is usually hard for me to let go of control. Now I’m interested in trying different types of massages.

The salon is cozy, freshly renovated, the staff is friendly, importantly, they ask about contraindications, which not all salons do. Delicious ginger tea.

Not customer-oriented.

Came with my husband for a massage with a certificate from kupitpodarok.ru by prior reservation and after prior activation of the certificate on the issuer’s website.

At the salon, it turned out that you must present the certificate in paper form. Negotiations – discussions with the salon and the certificate issuer led to nothing.

The salon offered to pay for the massage at the standard rate with a discount for new clients (an offer open to everyone is posted on the site).

Charging customers twice – great business!!
