It seems that in this company, everything is decided by one person – manager Sergey. Maybe that’s okay, but he’s barely competent, and moreover, behaves extremely aggressively, in the spirit of “either order what we offer, or goodbye.”

It’s extremely unpleasant to talk with such a person.

Despite my repeated requests to speak with a technologist or director (I wanted to make changes to the basic project and encountered Sergey’s reluctance to discuss them), he says they don’t talk to clients, and all issues, including the construction of the sauna, are decided only by him.

I wanted to contact another manager, but they redirect the conversation back to him. Maybe indeed, in this company, everything is decided by manager Sergey?

I can’t give more than three stars. Initially, I even wanted to rate it lower, but two stars would have been an emotional assessment.

It was not fully equipped. Of the ordered changes in the project – some materials were not delivered at all, some arrived a week later (towards the end of construction).

But overall, they built it, it looks not too bad (from the outside)). Later, the floor in the washroom needed to be redone.

There are some questions about how it was built. I’m not too sure I would recommend this company to my friends, although I must admit, I’ve seen much worse executed projects.
